About the film:

One journey ends, another begins... Two swaggering wise-ass con artists takes to the road, hawking fake medicine, swindling innocents from all walks of life. The road movie with its beginning at Bangkok becomes the end for one partner when the scam is exposed and he is assaulted. The majestic ruins of Sukhothai becomes his burial ground. Striking out alone, our hero passes through Lampun where among its seedy bars he experiences encounters with all sorts of people... The end of the journey becomes a soul searching discovery of the meaning of kindheartedness.

 

About the director:

Bill Yip works across film, TV, film and advertising for 2 decades, Bill Yip has taken part in over 20 quality feature films that went to major film festivals such as Oscar, Cannes, Golden Horse Award and Hong Kong Film Award. He took up various posts such as assistant director, scriptwriter and production manager. Bill then worked in advertising and production house as creative director and audio–visual content director for 8 years prior making his comeback to big screen with Cure which is his directorial debut.
